We do not screen telephone calls, we answer all calls. We will return any answer phone or other messages within 24 working hours.

We will agree a written engagement letter with you for the work that you have asked us to do.


We will attend update courses and maintain adequate continuing professional education to maintain service levels and technical competence.


We will maintain professional indemnity insurance cover in line with our institute’s guidance
